NamPower abrasive filament brushes are relatively new to the market and offer you a brilliant solution to the age-old problem of deburring.You can get these brushes in many configurations to suit your different application requirements. A few pictures of different types are shown below. And as well as the NamPower range. Cross Tools supplies there are abrasive bristle brushes of many configurations in this range of equipment

• 50mm, 60mm and 80mm brushes are designed to work with our small flow through coolant holder
• 100mm, 125mm and 150mm brushes are designed to work with our large flow through coolant holder.

Both sizes of holder allow coolant to flow from the brush center resulting in better lubricant dispersion which permits the brush to run at greater cut depths and drastically reduces heat generation.  The small holder, which is made using one-piece construction for improved balance, is heat treated and has a PVD coating for improved corrosion resistance and long life.  The large holder is made using a carbon fiber reinforced thermoplastic material bonded to a hardened and ground steel shank, resulting in a more rigid, well balanced and lighter weight holder.
